Sax Central is a Saxophone Quartet (soprano, alto, tenor and baritone) made up of graduates of the Birmingham Conservatoire. We play at functions and weddings both locally and nationwide and have a huge variety of repertoire from classical to jazz, show tunes to your favourite pop songs (for a sample list click here).
We are all successful musicians and individually have performed with The Greatest Show Tour, The Royal Shakespeare Company, Il Divo World Tour, the British Concert Philharmonic Orchestra, the Midland Voices Orchestra, Fat Chops Big Band, the Birmingham Hippodrome Pantomime, The Carpenters - The Voice of the Heart UK Tour, the American premiere of The Opera Show, many local and nationwide professional musical theatre shows and even at the 2017 FA Cup Semi-Final.
We really enjoy performing and like to bring a sense of fun as well as our musical talent to any events we play for.
